We will determine the fee structure based on the nature of the matter, its anticipated complexity, and the scope of the work required.
Fee Structures
Fees are generally determined by agreement between the attorney and the client. Depending on the circumstances of the case, individual fee models may also be combined.
Flat-Rate Compensation
A predetermined amount for a specific matter or a specified scope of legal services.
Performance-Based Compensation
A fee determined as a percentage of the value of the item, under terms agreed upon with the client.
Statutory Fee
Remuneration based on the rules set forth in the decree; this applies even if no agreement on remuneration is reached.
Timeliness of the information. We will agree on the specific amount of the fee, reimbursements, and any other costs before we begin working together.
